- What ages is this class for?
- This class is designed for children ages 3-5 with a parent or trusted caregiver.
- Is this a drop-off class?
- No. Adult & Me Yoga is a shared experience - the adult participates fully with their child throughout the entire class.
- What if my child doesn't want to join in?
- That's perfectly okay. Children are welcome to observe, move at their own pace, or take breaks as needed. There is no pressure to perform.
- What if my child has big emotions during class?
- Big feelings are welcome here. Meltdowns, wiggles, and quiet moments are all part of the process.
- What should we wear?
- Comfortable clothing that allows you both to move easily. Bare feet or non-slip socks are recommended.
- Can siblings attend?
- For safety and connection, only registered adult-child pairs may be on the mat.
- What if we miss a class?
- We understand that life with little ones is unpredictable. Please contact us about make-up options.
- How many families are in each class?
- Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain a calm, supportive environment.
