Helpful booking details so your celebration feels easy from the very start.

Booking and payment

Reserve your date.

  • A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the event may be canceled.
  • In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, no-show, late arrival, violation of venue policies, or weather-related concerns (unless otherwise determined by Cue the Party in advance), all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to another event.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Let us know as soon as you can.

  • Party bookings require advance planning and staffing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund of any payments made, excluding the $200 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for rescheduling or a credit toward a future party, subject to availability.
  • The $200 deposit remains non-refundable in all circumstances.
