Terms, Conditions & Policies

Terms & policies

Cue the Party LLC guidelines for parties, events, and on-site activities.

Booking & payment

Reserve your date.

  • Your event is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation email and submit the required non-refundable booking deposit.
  • The deposit secures your date and is applied toward your total balance.
  • You may pay the remaining balance in full at any time prior to your event or choose installment payments. The final balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled event date.
  • Short-notice bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Cue the Party LLC does not accept post-event payments. All services must be paid in full prior to the event or activity.

Non-payment, cancellations & no-shows

Plan ahead to protect your date.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, Cue the Party LLC reserves the right to cancel the event.
  • In cases of cancellation due to non-payment, no-show, late arrival, violation of venue policies, or client-initiated cancellation, all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be applied to a future event.
  • Failure to attend or be present at the scheduled event without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Weather & emergency policy

Safety comes first.

  • The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. We monitor weather conditions and communicate proactively.
  • Weather-related decisions will be made no earlier than 48 hours prior to the event.
  • If conditions are deemed unsafe for travel, we will collaborate to reschedule the event, subject to availability.
  • Cue the Party LLC tries to avoid canceling reservations due to weather; however, if a client chooses to cancel due to weather, deposits remain non-refundable, and balance payments are non-refundable 45 days or fewer before the scheduled event date.
  • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as power loss, facility issues, or staff illness), Cue the Party LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, depending on the event or activity, a full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of management.

Arrival, timing & event flow

Stay on schedule.

  • For parties, a 10-minute grace period is provided for unforeseen delays.
  • Party access begins no earlier than five (5) minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • Check-in for classes, camps, and structured activities begins promptly at the scheduled time.
  • Due to back-to-back bookings, additional time cannot be accommodated.
  • Late arrivals will be included in remaining activities; however, services may be shortened or removed if arrival is more than 10 minutes late. No refunds are provided for late arrivals.
  • Parties conclude five (5) minutes prior to the official end time to allow for exit and venue sanitation.
  • Early drop-offs of guests, activity participants, gifts, or supplies are not permitted.

Guest count & package limits

Keep numbers accurate.

  • Party pricing and guest counts include the birthday child.
  • Parents and adult guests are not included in the headcount.
  • Participating siblings are counted as guests; infants are not.
  • Standard staffing ratio: 12 guests / 2 assistants.
  • Maximum capacity: 18 participating children / 3 assistants.
  • Final guest count must be confirmed three (3) calendar days prior to the event.
  • Unconfirmed or unexpected additional guests will result in a $40 per child overage fee, due on the event day. Activities may be adjusted or removed to maintain quality and staffing ratios. Guests beyond the maximum capacity will not be permitted to participate.
