Everything you need to know about membership, tuition, and class logistics.
Membership and benefits
Annual membership required.
- All children enrolled in classes at Cue the Party are required to maintain an annual membership.
- Annual membership fee: $40 per child.
- Sibling discount: 10% off the membership fee for a second child.
- Family membership rate: $100 for families with three or more children.
- Memberships are non-refundable and remain active for one year from the enrollment anniversary date.
Member benefits
- 10% off birthday parties, Kids' Nights Out, summer camps, and select special events.
- Priority registration for classes before enrollment opens to the general public.
- Added value and early access to our most popular programs.
Monthly tuition and billing
Semester-based schedule.
- Fall semester: September to December (ending the week before the Christmas holiday).
- Spring semester: January to April.
- Summer semester: May to August.
- Tuition is billed monthly and processed via automatic draft on the 1st of each month through the Cue the Party parent portal.
- All families must have a valid credit card on file.
- Annual membership fee and first month's tuition are due upon sign-up.
- Tuition is billed one month in advance.
- Accounts with an outstanding balance after the 15th of the month will incur a $10 late fee.
- If an account remains unpaid by the 1st of the following month, participation in classes may be paused until the balance is brought current.
- We understand that unexpected situations arise. Please reach out if you anticipate a billing issue. Collections are used only as a last resort.
Make-up classes
Space permitting.
- Make-up classes are not guaranteed due to limited class sizes and student-to-teacher ratios.
- When space allows, we are happy to offer a make-up opportunity in another age-appropriate class with advance notice.
- Make-up classes must take place within the same semester as the missed class and are available only while the student remains actively enrolled.
- Make-up classes do not carry over between semesters.
- No refunds are issued for missed classes, including those missed due to scheduled holidays.
Class cancellation
Two weeks' notice.
- Class enrollments may be canceled at any time during the semester with two weeks' written notice.
- To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be submitted no later than the 15th of the previous month.
- Monthly tuition secures a reserved spot for your child and holds that space exclusively for them. Tuition paid for a given month is non-refundable.
