- What deposit is required to book a party?
- A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time.
- When is the remaining balance due?
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
- How many children can attend?
- Party packages include up to 12 children. Additional children can be added for $40 per child, with a maximum of 18 children total per party.
- Can you accommodate dietary preferences?
- Gluten free cupcakes are available for an additional fee. We're happy to discuss any other ingredient options in advance. Please reach out before booking to share any dietary needs.
- Are your staff background checked?
- Yes. The safety of every child is our top priority. All Cue the Party team members complete comprehensive background checks prior to working with children and receive ongoing training in child-centered care and safety procedures.
- Why are spa parties designed for ages 8 and up?
- Our spa parties are designed for ages 8+ to ensure a calm, hygienic, and enjoyable experience for all guests. At this age, children are typically better able to follow instructions, communicate sensitivities, and sit comfortably for extended periods while enjoying spa-style activities.
- What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
- More than 45 days out: refund minus the deposit. Within 45 days: no refunds, but rescheduling or credit may be available. View full details.
- What happens if the balance is not paid on time or we miss the event?
- If the balance is late, the event may be canceled. In those cases (or no-show/late arrival), payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. View the full party policy.
